Tricia McNeil, PT, DPT, C/NDT

Tricia is a physical therapist and owner of Therapy Accomplished.  She opened Therapy Accomplished with her husband, Jason, in 2013. She figured out her passion and future career at a pretty young age. As a girl scout, she knew she wanted to work with kids with special needs and found the field of physical therapy when she worked at a PT clinic in her small hometown of Winnemucca, Nevada. Since then, she has been on the path to helping children and families meet their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Tricia graduated from Oakland University in Rochester Michigan with a Bachelor's in Health Science and continued to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her latest accomplishment was becoming a Board-Certified Pediatric Specialist in Physical Therapy.  In 2012, she completed her NDT Certification which changed the way she treats and assesses her patients. She has taken many continuing education courses, including Neuro-Developmental Treatment for Children with Cerebral Palsy and Other Neuro-Motor Disorders, Pediatric Pelvic Floor Treatment, Aquatic Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Wheelchair/Seating Systems, Myofascial Release, Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism, DIR/Floortime, Toe Walking, and many more.

Outside of physical therapy, she loves reading (usually audiobooks on her commutes), archery, hunting, camping, cooking, and spending time in the beautiful Arizona sunshine with Jason (her husband of over 20 years) and Trinity (her daughter).

Farren McMahon, PT, DPT

Angie Fillion, PTA

Angie spent most of her childhood in Kingman, AZ,  and just recently moved to Virgina with her sweet family.  Shortly after high school, she was given the opportunity to be a respite provider for kids with special needs.  It was then that she began looking into becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She would often take the kids she was caring for to their therapy appointments and thought it seemed like such a rewarding job and also a lot of fun!

Angie graduated from Mohave Community College as a PTA in 2014.  In the Fall of 2016, she began pursuing pediatrics.  While job shadowing Tricia, it was confirmed she still had a desire to work in pediatrics.

In January of 2017, Angie began working for Therapy Accomplished and has thoroughly enjoyed working with all the families.  Since having her youngest children, she has had the pleasure of staying home to raise her children.  In 2022, she began working with Therapy Accomplished again as biller and office specialist where she has the flexibility to work from home with her children near.

When not working, Angie enjoys being outdoors with her family, mountain biking, and crossfit.

You can contact Angie by email at Angie@TherapyAccomplished.com.
